We are looking for a (Senior) Manager AWS Cloud & AI Capability Lead (f/m/d) to join our Consulting division starting at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• You successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• You bring 5 to 8 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, AI engineering, software engineering and/or solution architecture, including the delivery of enterprise-scale AWS Cloud, GenAI or Agentic AI solutions. Relevant AWS certifications further strengthen your profile.
• You combine in-depth AWS architecture expertise with the ability to understand the bigger picture and translate complex client requirements into robust, scalable technology solutions.
• With your collaborative and hands-on approach, you connect expertise across organizational boundaries, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and turn your enthusiasm for GenAI and emerging technologies into tangible client value.
• You have experience leading international technical teams in matrix organizations or bid environments and communicate confidently in both German and English.
