About a role:

The Adoption Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the transition of approximately 4,000 IT end users across various sites in Germany and the Netherlands from the Clients environment into new company standards. This position primarily focuses on ensuring that users understand the changes, adapt to new processes, and feel confident in the updated technology environment.

The role is designed to facilitate and measure the successful transition of users, ensuring confidence in the new system rather than merely copying workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive adoption strategy aligned with the migration schedule.
• Create and manage German-language communication materials tailored for various user groups.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to user needs.
• Engage in floor-walking and provide immediate support during rollout waves.
• Build and manage a local champions network to foster user adoption.
• Collect feedback, monitor adoption progress, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Works Council to respect agreements related to IT and communication systems.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in IT adoption, change management, or user enablement.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a diverse audience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and their applications in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to engage on-site during implementation phases and travel as necessary.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach in a dynamic project environment.

• Familiarity with German co-determination practices and Works Council engagement.
• Experience in the food, dairy, or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in Dutch for specific site engagements.
• Background in measuring adoption success and managing super-user networks.
