Senior Expert Corporate M&A EMEA (f/m/d) - #2714763

We are looking for a Senior Expert Corporate M&A EMEA (f/m/d) to join our Internal Services division starting at the earliest possible opportunity. 
 

Strategy – You will support strategy and acquisition / carve-out projects for PwC across EMEA. In doing so, you will identify growth opportunities, conduct market and sector analyses, and contribute to market sizing, competitive benchmarking, portfolio reviews, and commercial due diligences. 
Advisory - You will support senior team members in translating complex data into strategic recommendations that help shape PwC’s market position, profitability, and return on investment. You will also build your internal and external network across PwC, its advisors, and other professional services firms.  
Transformation - You will contribute to deal pipelines and value creation plans in integration and carve-out projects, supporting a smooth transition from strategy to execution. This includes close collaboration with business units, internal functions such as Finance, and internal and external advisors across the deal lifecycle.

• You have completed or are about to complete your studies in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Natural Sciences with a business-related focus.
• You have gained more than three years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Development or In-house M&A and have worked across different stages of the deal lifecycle.
• Experience in portfolio reviews, market assessments, commercial due diligence, transformation initiatives and value creation projects enables you to develop robust analyses and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written. The team language is English.
• You enjoy working in diverse international teams, navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and bring the flexibility to travel occasionally across the EMEA region when projects require it.
