Your tasks
Independent management of personnel administration processes for employees in logistics, warehousing, transport, administration, and shift-based operational areas
Creation and maintenance of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, personnel files, and administrative support for new hires and departures
Management and control of time management (shift systems, time recording, overtime, sick notes, absences) in close coordination with team leaders and site management
Preparation of monthly payroll, including all payroll-relevant data such as bonuses, allowances, driver hours, expenses and tariff regulations
Support in recruitment: Posting job adverts, applicant management, scheduling, onboarding organisation, induction and training of new recruits
What you need
A completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), personnel services clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) in the contract logistics sector is desirable
Safe handling of HR tools such as SAP HCM, P&I LOGA, DATEV or logistics-specific time recording systems (e.g. SP-Expert, Atoss, Kronos)
Routines for dealing with shift models, works council communication and documentation
Friendly, professional communication skills, High reliability and diligence
