In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Projektmanagement-Aufgaben im Procurement- und Logistikumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Planung, Steuerung, Reporting, Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement sowie der Umsetzung von PM-Prozessen und Tools

Ihre Aufgaben

• 
  Integration und Analyse von Zeit-, Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Qualitätsdaten
  
• 
  Planung und Terminsteuerung von Projekten inklusive Strukturierung von Arbeitspaketen
  
• 
  Überwachung von Meilensteinen, Performance, Phase Reviews und Management-Reporting
  
• 
  Unterstützung im Risiko- und Chancenmanagement sowie in der Maßnahmenverfolgung
  
• 
  Steuerung von Konfigurations-, Änderungs- und Vertragsdaten im Projektumfeld
  
• 
  Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementprozessen und PM-Tools
  

Ihr Profil

• 
  Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar
  
• 
  Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in Supply Chain oder Logistics
  
• 
  Erste Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld von Vorteil
  
• 
  Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP/R3 sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
  
• 
  Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und Grundlagen im Risk Management
  
• 
  Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie starke Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

In this role, you take over project management tasks within a procurement and logistics environment. The focus is on planning, control, reporting, risk and change management as well as the implementation of PM processes and tools

Your tasks

• 
  Integrate and analyze time, cost, resource and quality data
  
• 
  Plan and schedule projects including breakdown structures and work packages
  
• 
  Monitor milestones, performance, phase reviews and management reporting
  
• 
  Support risk and opportunity management as well as action tracking
  
• 
  Manage configuration, change and contractual data in the project environment
  
• 
  Implement and improve project management processes and PM tools
  

Your profile

• 
  Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain, logistics or comparable
  
• 
  Several years of experience in project management and in supply chain or logistics
  
• 
  Initial experience in production or manufacturing environments is an advantage
  
• 
  Advanced user knowledge of SAP/R3 and confident use of Google Workspace
  
• 
  Good knowledge of project management, process management and basics in risk management
  
• 
  Business-fluent German and English with strong communication and coordination skills
