Tasks

• Responsible for the specification, establishment and control of quality measures in quotations and projects
• Responsible for communication regarding quality-related issues with customers, ZtQ, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Inspection and release of test certificates, outgoing goods inspections and release for delivery to customers
• Responsible for complaints and rejection of services in the event of non-conformity
• Responsible for the preparation of all information for the assessment of product conformity as a decision-making aid for persons authorized to sign
• Collaboration in and moderation of cross-project and cross-divisional quality measures (4D, 8D, kvp)
• Coordination of initial assessment and initiation of immediate measures
• Coordination of project and product non-conformities (root cause analysis, moderation of 8D procedures)
• Collaboration in the D- and P-FMEA as feedback from customer complaints
• Point of contact for customer complaints (external to the customer, internal to the interfaces service/repair, order control, engineering quality assurance, claim management, commercial staff)
• Responsible for reporting on the status of customer complaints
• Responsible for receiving, evaluating and recording customer complaints
  
  

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of inspection procedures/methods and review/audit techniques
• Business fluent in English and German(written and spoken)
• Application knowledge of QM standards
• Proven several years of practical experience in dealing with customers and customer complaints
• Proven practical experience in root cause analysis methods (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa)
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Confident appearance and communication skills at all levels of the company
• Ability to deal with conflict
