• You will be responsible for setting up and managing a central master data team that is responsible for material, customer, supplier and financial master data.
• As a process owner, you are responsible for designing and managing the master data processes mentioned.
• You optimize and standardize master data processes to ensure high quality, efficiency and consistency.
• In close cooperation with the relevant departments, you develop and implement measures to continuously improve master data quality.
• You ensure compliance with company-wide guidelines and standards in master data management.
• Together with IT and data governance, you will introduce, further develop, and effectively use MDM systems and tools.
• You monitor and analyze the master data quality and derive targeted optimization measures from it.
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve master data management and provide training for relevant contacts.
• You will also carry out measures in the area of ​​change management, including moderating workshops on the conversion of master data processes.

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of master data management (material, customer, supplier, financial master data), ideally in the SAP environment
• Experience in optimizing and controlling master data processes
• First leadership experience or proven experience in managing teams is an advantage
• Strong hands-on mentality and continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of change management and target group-specific communication as well as negotiation skills
• Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience with relevant ERP systems and MDM tools
• Fluent German and English skills
