To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated leader with strategic vision and operational strength to lead the development and further development of our master data management. Then join us as a Team Leader (m/f/d) Master Data Management
Thanks to you, we are well positioned | Your tasks- You will be responsible for setting up and managing a central master data team that is responsible for material, customer, supplier and financial master data.
- As a process owner, you are responsible for designing and managing the master data processes mentioned.
- You optimize and standardize master data processes to ensure high quality, efficiency and consistency.
- In close cooperation with the relevant departments, you develop and implement measures to continuously improve master data quality.
- You ensure compliance with company-wide guidelines and standards in master data management.
- Together with IT and data governance, you will introduce, further develop, and effectively use MDM systems and tools.
- You monitor and analyze the master data quality and derive targeted optimization measures from it.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve master data management and provide training for relevant contacts.
- You will also carry out measures in the area of change management, including moderating workshops on the conversion of master data processes.
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of master data management (material, customer, supplier, financial master data), ideally in the SAP environment
- Experience in optimizing and controlling master data processes
- First leadership experience or proven experience in managing teams is an advantage
- Strong hands-on mentality and continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of change management and target group-specific communication as well as negotiation skills
- Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with relevant ERP systems and MDM tools
- Fluent German and English skills
