You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Optimize & maintain business systems & reporting to improve operational efficiency/decision-making.
- Lead development & implementation of new capabilities, tools and processes to enable agility and scalability
- Ensure Data-Privacy Compliance for Sales Systems & Reporting
- Manage relevant local solution providers (vendors) together with MDS (Mondelez Digital Services) Manage sales user support related matters in the business in addition to planning and implementing new solutions
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Min 8+ years of professional experience with a strong background in IT & Sales.
- University degree in a related field (e.g. Business informatics)
- Strong stakeholder management - across all hierarchy levels -, people management and influencing skills is a must
- Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and excellent understanding of data-management, systems and apps
- Passion, growth mindset and learning agility are very critical in this continuously evolving area of expertise
- Excellent English and German skills
