To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the area of quality management to support our quality manager as soon as possible. As a member of the HACCP team, you will work in the areas of logistics, warehousing & blending of green coffee & tea.

Your tasks

• 
  Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits
  
• 
  Tours of the production facility
  
• 
  Support with certifications according to GFSI, Organic and NOP as well as NGO certifications
  
• 
  Support and further development of the document management system and its maintenance
  
• 
  Member of the HACCP team
  
• 
  Support with all other tasks in the QM area
  

Your requirements

• 
  Successfully completed studies or training in the field of food technology, industrial biology, ecotrophology or similar
  
• 
  First professional experience in the field of quality management
  
• 
  Confident handling of MS Office
  
• 
  High level of initiative
  
• 
  Strong communication skills
  
• 
  Team player
  
• 
  Experience and interest in operational processes and procedures with a focus on quality management
  
• 
  Experience in or interest in food safety culture (HACCP, GFSI certifications)
  
• 
  Good verbal and written communication skills in German
  
• 
  Knowledge of English is an advantage
