Teamkoordinator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Disciplinary responsibility for the Test Automation team members,
including their personal development - Responsible for the disciplinary
management, employee appointments, annual employee reviews, performance
assessment, personal development - Development of the Test Automation
team in Bremen. - Organization and chairing of team meetings to assure
the know-how transfer between projects, application of lessons learnt
and harmonization of methods between projects - Seek solutions for
strategic, planning and organizational issues together with the
immediate superior and to implement these within the individual teams - Implementation of a permanent improvement process
- Cover peak workloads
in the projects - Report to the Head of E-AIT Bremen
- Enrollment in
the OHB satellite projects
Your Qualifications
- Development & application of AIT principles (openness and
respect) - Promote targeted solutions as a service provided ·
Consideration of company Lessons Learnt and cross-fertilization of our
projects - Test automation:
- Enable AIT test automation and end-user
support - Maintenance of our solution pool e.g. MOST
- Seek smart,
simple, technological solutions in regard of test automation - Ensure
close cooperation with other disciplines and stakeholders in partic-ular
EGSE operators, AIT testers, and System engineering in order to promote
product value - Provide ROI for test automation
- Guarantee constant
improvement (Kaisen) through lessons learned, herit-age and lean
development - Expert support in automation
Your Qualifications
- Degree in engineering with a major in software engineering, information
tech-nology or other related engineering field - Excellent conceptual
and analytical skills - Well-developed communication and leadership
skills, preferable MSC model.
