Housing Officer (m/f/d) - #2129373

(full-time, 38.5h/week, permanent)

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the rental of premises within the Colleges, including student accommodations and guest rooms, including check-in/check-out and student mailbox management.
• Communicate, verbally and written, with students, including email, in-person office hours, and informational workshops for students relating to housing needs.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure that all housing-related services are delivered efficiently and meet the required standards.
• Ensure the proper and timely processing of day-to-day operations related to housing management.
• Perform control and reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies

Your profile:

• A completed degree or relevant qualification in Property Management, Business Administration, or Higher Education/Student Affairs, or a related field.
• Proven experience in higher education/student affairs, or housing management, property management, or a related field, ideally within a university or educational environment.
• Experience in coordinating with external service providers and managing rental operations.
• Organizational, Communication and Presentation Skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and intermediate Knowledge German is desirable
