Mechanical Ground Support Equipment Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Identification of
the required MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment) in cooperation
with System Engineering - Development of
solution approaches and subsequent preparation of specifications for the
MGSE - Presentation of the
concepts to the project management and the customer - MGSE time planning
- Contributions
regarding MGSE to milestone reviews - Selection of possible suppliers in
cooperation with the supply chain management - Technical contact
for suppliers during the manufacturing phase, monitoring of manufacturing
progress - Participation in
reviews at the suppliers - Participation in
acceptance tests - Definition and
review of required documentation (manufacturing drawings, manuals,
inspection records, etc.) - Instruction of
employees in the use of MGSE
Your Qualifications
- Engineering degree
in field of mechanics, aerospace engineering, physics or a comparable
qualification - Team focused
approach - Sound knowledge in
the field of mechanics and mechanical integration - Good communication
skill - Good analytical and
conceptual skills - A sense of
responsibility and an effective work ethic are your hallmarks - Well-developed
communication and negotiation skills - Fluency in spoken
and written English - On the plus side:
- Familiarity with
applicable aerospace standards - Willingness to
learn German - Experience in
maintenance - 3D Design
