Job Requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring cleanliness in the guest rooms and throughout the property in accordance with Marriott Brand Standards. This is ensured by independent cleaning in the public areas as well as the guest rooms and by monitoring the work done by the external cleaning company.
• Responsible for the storage of, among other things, cleaning products and uniforms.
• You will be the main contact person for the fulfillment of guest requests, e. g. provision of baby cots or distribution of bathrobes.
• In order to optimally support our reception team in fulfilling guest requests, your working hours will usually be from noon to (early) evening.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• You already have initial experience in comparable positions.
• You like to work independently and count reliability and flexibility among your strengths
• You have a passion for the hospitality industry and cleanness
• You like to pay high attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of German is an advantage as well as mastering the English language and every additional language is very welcome
