Satellite System Engineer - OPS IT Specialist (m/f/d))

We are looking for an engineer to help us to develop IT infrastructure (HW and SW) needed to efficiently operate our satellites. Are you interested in Space Technology?
Your Tasks
- Require specification of HW needed to run our SW and perform operations in the long run
- Support Development of SW related to satellite spacecrafts, both for command and monitor satellites or to store and process data
- Production and validation witht the satellite or the simulator of Flight Procedures
- Support to Launch Campaign and Early Operations
- Participation to project and mission reviews and test campaigns at neeption or attach a document
Your Qualifications
- IT Engineering, other engineering or scientific background.
- Experience on Windows (DOS-cmd) and Linux (Bash or similar)
- Knowledge about RTEMS will be an asset.
- Good experience in Coding: C. C++, C#, Java, Python, Groovy, similar.
- Virtualisation: VirtualBox, VMPlayer, VMWare knowledge
- Container: Docker or similar knowledge
- Database: MySQL, PostGreSql or similar knowledge
- Data: Data Gathering, Data Aggregation, Big Data, Time Series
- Excellent communication skills in English. German is an advantage.
- Willing to work as part of an international team and learn about Spacecraft Operations
