Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Data Scientist who can generate more business value out of our extensive datasets through new ways, such as ML and AI models.

As a Data Scientist, You Will Be Responsible For

• Building and deploying predictive models, forecasting tools, and machine learning algorithms to support business goals
• Cleaning, processing, and joining large volumes of complex data from various sources
• Conducting advanced business, customer, and user behavior analyses to create actionable insights and business value
• Acting as a domain expert in AI-related topics
• Working with the rest of the team to improve ways of working and the data platform
• Partnering with finance, product, and GTM teams to ensure business-driven development
  
  

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of work experience in data science
• A solid foundation in AI and machine learning technologies in a business environment
• Hands-on experience with our key tech stack (Python, SQL, Databricks, AWS) and deploying models to production, including monitoring and retraining
• A willingness to work in a fast-paced and change-heavy environment
• Good communication and social skills
• Working proficiency in English

The location of the role is either in Bremen or Hamburg.

The Data & Analytics team works across multiple European countries for the entire Epassi Group.
