How You Will Contribute
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, and recommend action plans.
- Manage Chocobakery marketing budget to maximize return on investment, monitoring spend and ensuring on-target delivery.
- Develop the media strategy, and recommend, build, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns / plans across all touch points, ensuring brand consistency and consumer engagement while tracking performance through a clear set of recommended KPIs.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, to drive growth in a profitable way and at scale.
- Partner with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain and Sales teams to recommend and deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 4 marketeers.
- University degree: Business, Marketing
- Relevant professional experience in the marketing department (8+ years) & in an international FMCG environment;
- Solid experience on guiding teams to success; Very good track record on brand building, activation & product launches;
- Ability to work with authonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills
- Skills on computer literacy, esp. MS Office;
- English and German language skills.
