Responsibilities

We are looking for a Web Developer (all genders) to join and support our R&D Team in Bremen. You will be responsible for the development and optimization of new web applications, focusing on frontend development using React.

Your tasks will include:

• Being part of the development of a new SPA web application with new features and components for our React-component-library
• Visualizing complex data sets
• Migrating to the latest technologies and developing new features
• Ensuring the high scalability of our clients
• Possibility of contributing to both backend and frontend feature development for the Frontline web platform
• Continuously participating in application design to enhance reliability, maintainability, scalability, and efficiency
• Managing APIs that support both design-time and run-time application functionality
• Working in coordination with colleagues (Git, Merge-Request, Code Review, Pair Programming)
• Showing ownership for your responsibilities and being accountable for your results
• Having room to experiment and grow your skills in various areas

Requirements

• Completed university or college studies in IT, computer science, or any other subject related to software engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Javascript/TypeScript and React
• Experience with frameworks such as Angular or Spring is a plus
• A team player with high quality awareness and experience with testing
• Java know-how is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory; further languages are a plus
• Practical experience with 3D Web technologies such as WebGL, WebGPU, three.js is a plus
